Celsus strive to produce top quality products which perform to specification and exceed your expectations. In the unlikely event that we may have supplied a faulty item then a replacement will be arranged without any additional delivery cost to you. The original faulty item must be returned to Celsus within 15 days of invoice date following the procedure below.
Celsus will NOT accept product returns without a valid RMA number that has to be requested by completing an RMA Returns Form - Reference RMA2015
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRODUCT DETAILS SECTION OF THE RMA FORM MUST BE COMPLETE OTHERWISE AN RMA CANNOT BE ISSUED
1. The procedure for returning product is:
a. Please complete form RMA2015 (see above).
b. Fax or e-mail the form to the Celsus returns department - Fax: 01202 664 399; Email: email@example.com.
c. The Celsus technical team will review the completed RMA form and advise what course of action will follow.
2. Product returned to Celsus must be in original condition complete with any instructions and un-damaged original packaging.
The information required on the Celsus RMA form is necessary to help speed up the process, issue the necessary corrective action.
If Celsus products are returned but not faulty we will contact you and provide the following options:
1. Agree a replacement order to the value of at least twice the value of the returned products. 2. Return the products to you
If Celsus products are returned that are have been tampered with, incomplete or damaged then the goods will be immediately returned at your cost.
Celsus Regional Sales Managers are not authorised to collect returns
Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis UNLESS this is clearly stated on the original invoice/delivery note and has been agreed and verified by one of the Celsus sales management team.
Non-faulty Celsus Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your goods and want to return your order you can do so within 7 days from the purchase date. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. If the product does not meet the standard then an additional administration and packaging charge will be applied - you will be advised of this charge before it is applied. If you request the goods to be returned then it is at your cost. For goods that are returned to Celsus outside of the 7 days from the purchase date and are not faulty we will apply an administration fee of £5 for anything under the value of £100 and £10 for anything over £100.
